Sooooo All Of Us Are Lost On What To Do ??? Nice, We’re Fucc’d Guys 😅
I have AT&T fiber and ethernet plugged in. I am almost certain I know what happened for me, though I have tried every solution the internet says and nothing has fixed it. I strictly play UT - a few days back I for the first time ever went into franchise, and quite frankly I was not even sure I knew what I was doing (had not played franchise mode since I was a kid)....and I downloaded a custom roster or something. Ever since then, I have been dealing with server connection issues/card art not showing/roster download error message.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleared cache/saved data multiple times, reset my WIFI/router multiple times, factory reset my Xbox (series x)...you name it and I have done it, and literally nothing has made a difference. I am really frustrated and concerned that this is never going to get fixed. Every forum I read about it either lists all the things I have already tried, or its just people complaining about it happening to them as well. Truly crazy that this cannot be fixed (apparently).
If anyone comes across a true solution or anything that has helped them personally fix this issue, I would greatly appreciate some input.

Seriously - I think we are. I have researched it for 2 days straight and only "solutions" are the obvious ones that everyone knows to try before even doing the research. I cannot get it to work no matter what I do, and I have done everything. Do you know when yours started and/or what you may have done to trigger it? My game was completely fine from launch up until a few days ago when I downloaded a custom roster or something in online franchise.

It happened a few times sporadically for me previously but all of a sudden it is now happening 90% of times I try to play a game. Also randomly my cards are not showing the photo of the player. It is just a blank card. Which has never previously happened. Surely it is related. The game is unplayable for me right now. Hopefully just something to do with this update about to roll through.
UPDATE - GOT IT FIXED
- On Xbox home screen → My games & apps → Madden 26 → Manage game and add-ons → Saved data.
- Select your gamer tag and choose “Delete from everywhere.”
- This clears both local and cloud-synced data (clearing the cloud-synched data is the key)
- Then relaunch Madden — it’ll rebuild a clean profile from EA’s servers.
You’ll lose local preferences (camera, settings, etc.) but not your Ultimate Team progress. Which I did not know - I thought if I "delete from everywhere" that would wipe my account/squad (which i have spent a lot of money on) - so ya the trick was to "delete from everywhere".

It’s Was Random. It Was After A Ranked Match. No Downloads

Didn’t work for me. Still unable to get the latest roster no matter what I try.

lol i did not want to have to come back and say this but doing that fixed it for me....for like 4 hours, then it happened again and is still happening. What a joke man.
