I think if you tried to get into the event when it first came out... and used the token... it basically glitched your account so that you can't enter... either with the token OR with the 5000 coins. I've done everything I can think of to clear this issue including rebooting, clearing my cache, even deleting the game files... nothing has worked.
Guess we are out of luck on this one unless EA can somehow fix it on their end.

Count me in the group that can’t get in either via token or coin
Weekend basically wrapped up, so wont have time to really mess with it M-F even if do fix it within the week.
We finally get a regular H2H mode with our ultimate teams (not draft or HR), cheap entry, and a card that I can add to the Bills team and EA says “nah”. Gotta love it…

Even if you can play, he’s not in the pack.
EA went 3 for 3 with this mode. Some can’t get in, some can’t get wins to count, pack doesnt have the card.
