Thought I'd share the results of saving up about 1.5-2 months worth for free packs to a total of 145 packs.
The majority are from daily saved packs, twitch packs and weekly solo battle packs for getting in legendary. Managed to save some from the last Gridiron Gauntlet and draft promo as well.

Turning mediocre luck into Gold
With all of the players added to my binder, even though they weren't great with no GT pulls and nothing over a 95, I went and check out sets that I could do as I had been meaning to finish Team Champion Zeke, I was able to complete 2 Team Diamonds and get him on my squad.
I then QS every card that was 90 and above except for Draft Cards because I know those will be needed for Rookie Premier sets most likely if they bring that program up in a month or so.
After QS every card above 90 from my pulls, I had around 100k training for TVP rerolls. I rerolled in groups, meaning I rolled all training until exhausted, then reviews the pulls to identify what I should put into sets and what I should QS and reroll further, I probably did this about 4 rounds for a total of 350k Training rerolled at the end.
Out of that 350K training in rerolls I was able to complete Charles Haley Full UL for my squad since I need to replaced LE Too Tall to make room for CB Too Tall.
I also ended up pulling and building 6 Rare Strategy Cards which is a value of 300K coins but I'll save for the new season in case they introduce new rares that may be decent to reroll the rare fantasy sets for.
I have also been selling all PUPs and all pulls that are above training value, i.e. going for 2.5 or more at this moment, I don't intend to sell everything as I'm holding quite a bit of cards in my binder to build any 99 UL I want for free and to also have cards ready for the Rookie Premier sets. I'd say I've only sold like 50 cards at most out of the 698 I added in yesterday.
Where the Squad is today
I bought 3 GTs yesterday, WR Too Tall, WR Collin Johnson and SS Mike Evans, still considering whether or not I want to get CB Cordarelle Patterson to replace Night Train.
I was able to power down and resell WR Moss, WR Amari Cooper and CB Trevon Diggs as a result of replacing them on the squad with GTs.
Here's a link to my current lineup - https://www.mut.gg/lineup-builder/a2b40cf3-1151-48b2-a2b0-961228925efb/
I intend to go after the remaining GTs of CB Westry, FS Chinn, SS Hendricks, HB Vea and FB Perry as must haves, I could maybe go for WR Deion, QB Henry/Romo depending on their stats but they aren't must haves with Deion being small compared to other GT WRs and we have free GT Brady.
Ending Totals
6,708,615 Coins and 45K Training
In Summary
I'm basically at my same coin stack that I started with before opening all packs and I have added Full Legend UL Charles Haley, Team Champion Zeke, GT WR Too Tall, WR Collin Johnson and SS Mike Evans to my team. I have enough binder cards to build a full 99 UL once I see one I want come out and enough cards to probably complete most of the Rookie Premier sets once those are out in a month or so.
My pack luck is never the greatest but being able to look at the market and make moves can turn seemingly mediocre luck into great additions for the team. I intend to just keep building the coin stack to next Saturday when the new ULs release and reroll the training I have for the new GTs and ULs. I have no reason to not believe I will be above 6,800,000 coins by next week as I still have quite a few PUPs to sell to clear out of the binder, not really selling much of anything else at this point.
Hope all got a kick out of this post and seeing the results of opening so many packs even with boosted odds. The tables are against us, it's better to take what we can get for free and turn it into what we actually want then it is to gamble. I only take very calculated risks and I'd say based on what I saw from TVP, it is very low risk at this point with training being cheap and the market being inflated.
