Quick adjustments

Kind of a rookie question but...

How do you make quick adjustments with linebackers/line.

I know triangle on ps5 is for the secondary, but how do you make a quick adjustment for linebackers or lineman without selecting them.

It's on the D-Pad; Left and Right on the D-Pad.
