Is pass protector and run protector the equivalent of secure protector? I've seen people say it is but wanted confirmation.

I mean, EA doesn't technically "confirm" (nor deny) really anything -- half the time i'm not even convinced they understand their own game. However, YES, to answer simply -- my understanding is exactly as you've stated. Secure Protector is the combination of Pass Protector + Run Protector.
For my money, i'm typically trying to run All Day + Pass Protector across my entire O-line... bonus points for Post Up on either the Center, or both Guards. That's just how i'm approaching things, but we've got a TON of AP to spend on offense now. I'd been tinkering with things, was briefly running just a 1AP stack on my QB, so i could go nuts with abilities elsewhere. That was the incorrect approach, no single card or player is going to be more impactful towards outcomes of games than the quarterback. It's the most important position in all of professional sports for a very good reason.
