I just have one question, I have 11 small presents and 9 scary presents is it safe to just quick sell them for snow and use snow or should I keep them And wait to open them?

I had 9 small and 9 scary and flipped them for some good quality packs. I did the reroll on my small and scary and went after the large presents. You won't have as many presents but you will get better quality cards. I got 2 large present , 3 legacy and 1 Frosty pack worth over 8000 snow l, you get that keep it. I kept everything with over 1200 snow
