when used correctly power ups were the futhest thing from a coin sink.
Especially a few years back with the power up passes at the end of the game you could build any player for free that had a power up. That was so much fun. Or even sometimes you could power up with training to get a ltd.
Also investments were way easier. Just stock up on popular players lower cards and they shot up when they got a new card.
No. cmon, this is supposed to be simulation football, WTF with poweruos now? All the crap attached to players right now is too much. All we need now is a bottle virtual glitter to decorate the helmets…..
Power ups were the real reason for training as a currency back then. It made training more valuable. Today training is useless due to trash ass mystery packs and garbage re-rolls. I always end up with 60k-100k training with nothing to do with it today.
