fair but russ is faster and hits 90 on all accuracy specfically the deep accuracy since that my scheme and i dont need hrm i used montana with hrm and gs never used hrm ive had russ his release was bad but i have a pretty good line that can give time for russ

Let It Rip strat items (both UC and Rare) give +1 DAC, as does the Zac Taylor Coach strat item

You can easily boost that using strat items, plus you don’t use hrm??? It’s one of the best QB abilities in the game, and it might be the best rn since sfl has been kinda nerfed. It opens up so many possibilities in the pass game it’s an awesome ability
