Bills were a mixed bag. Glad to see Bishop, Gilly, Cyrus, and Kincaid get upgrades. But giving cards to Samuel and Jackson makes zero sense. They haven’t been active for the majority of the season and made zero impact. The Jones card was weaker than his ToTW.
