Playing MUT on PC vs Console

Alright y’all I want to hear everyone’s opinions is MUT overall better on pc or console?  

I just bought a gaming pc and I’m contemplating on switching to pc when the new madden comes out. Unfortunately in that case no rookie premiers from my current progress and etc. I currently play on Xbox . I tried running madden on the pc through the Xbox and EA app but unfortunately it only runs the PC account even though I logged in with my EA account hoping my Xbox account would load but it didn’t. Apparently there’s no “cross progression” Xbox to pc. 

Let me know y’all’s opinions I’m curious. At this point leaning towards switching to pc when the new madden drops any thoughts on the pc market etc? I really want to run on that 120 hz

Never played pc, I check the prices on here sometimes. Seems a lot more expensive on pc then console.

Definitely consider the difference in market prices. Huge difference.

The PC player base is massively smaller, which makes AH prices significantly higher. The gameplay itself is somewhat comparable, but having played both, the overall experience is much better on console.

The great thing about playing on the PC is that I can have the game windowed and have mut.gg open on a different window and most of the time I'm streaming something on a third window.

Once the MUT Season comes to an end the modding community has some cool stuff to keep you engaged until 27 comes out.

But the biggest thing is that I don't have to play a subscription to play online.

I moved away from console back in 2011 and haven't looked back.

Just get the current Madden on PC since it's cheap. See how you like the AH. You are most likely to play the same folks more often on h2h.

how's your experience and opinion of the auction house? there's so many positives to playing pc but how much of a negative is it for you as far as auction house prices and scarcity of some cards

with xbox game pass i was able to download the pc version for free. So it started off great just didn't have any of my xbox progress. I'm leaning towards going pc version for the madden 27. Gonna try it for a year and see how it goes

I've never experienced anything other than the PC version of the AH, but just as the Cards are more expensive, they also sell for more, so it even out.

I've never had a problem finding or selling cards and I see a ton of activity, especially when you're trying to snipe, there's always someone on there with a quick trigger finger 😁

While people on here are absolutely correct that the AH is worse than console due to the smaller player base, as someone who has been playing on pc for several years now, it has been improving each year. I think as PC gaming continues to grow so will the PC Madden community. M26 is by far the best the AH has been in my experience.

the PC AH is definitely the worst part about it. I've also been playing for years and it's sucks every year unfortunately - there's just a fraction of the cards available that consoles have

 Gameplay wise it's great though!

I would just run it on PC as it’s far superior to any console. I have 3 monitors and play madden and watch a movie or YouTube on my other monitor with MUTgg up if I need to look anything up. People saying beware of the market have no idea how basic economics work… if players are more expensive than that means you’ll be earning more coins from the cards you pull as well so kind of a moot point.

I play PC, the market isnt as good, but its not a massive difference. I have a PS5, I could use it, but the convenience and graphics improvement is worth it to me. Unless youre a market/auction grinder, it really doesnt make much difference. (imo EA should just combine the markets)
