Does free-forming a pass count as a pass lead? If so does it trigger pass lead elite and set feet lead?

PLE increases the speed of the ball.

SFL increases the speed of the ball when your standing still.

I don’t think leading matters at all

Either way, both abilities require you to pass lead to get them to work. My point being if I free form a pass does that also trigger those abilities?
