Does anyone know when the overall increase is?

April 21st or 22nd

The spotlight token sets have timers on them for when they reset with each OVR increase. Flashbacks is the earliest to reset each time and the timer will reset on the 22nd. The only reason I say it might be the 21st is because that week is NFL Draft week and maybe we get a Draft Past drop that Tuesday with 99’s.
