Both the Combine LB LTDs come with One Step Ahead
I tried OSA and Inside Shade on CBs and it did nothing
RBs and TE drags/mesh crossers will probably still torch LBs that have OSA

I used it a few years ago on combine bo Jackson lb I think and it worked great but idk if it's as good this year

It helps slightly but like you said, crossers and drags to te/rb has been a challenge this ranked season with how juiced all the cards have gotten. And defense got nerfed with the last big update. The real benefit with the new LTD for me was Reinforcement. Saved me in a couple event games tonight I otherwise would’ve lost against the run. Was Styles worth what I paid for him today? Hell no… even if it meant winning the event, but oh well.
