Old gen help

I have been playing Madden 25 on old gen all season and it was a carbon copy of 24. I just updated for season 7 and lost all of my coins and cards. it is actulally madden 25 now which is crazy. Any one else experience this? Can I get my progress back?

It is crazy that they actually update Madden to 25 this late in the year
