Offline players

Anyone else here an offline only player?  What modes do you like to do.  Sometimes I wonder if it is worth it spending so much time getting these cards and boosts, knowing that im just going to be playing the CPU.  I dont play online but from the sounds of it, ill be happier staying away from it lol.

I used to play mut h2h pretty much exclusively back in 19/20 left Madden mainly for the show, poped back here and there but came back recently, went to play the event and just said yeah h2h isnt for me anymore. Cpu seems more my speed now due to not much time to play and when I do dont want to gace same cheese. What I need to find out are what are the best modes to play mut solo.

offline is just too easy.  even on the hardest setting i don't even need to hold the controller on defense and i can score in 1-3 plays every time

Agree with you 100 percent with the statement of why need a good team of I'm just playing the CPU part. I'm mostly a solo player. I play other games as well and usually only have time to do all the solo stuff per week. I will play a little h2h if the event is fun but honestly I'm not very good and it just pisses me off getting waxed h2h. For some reason this game in particular gets me red hot when others don't, even if I suck at those games as well. I love the team building aspect and market play the most in Madden and is the reason I play. But I also think what's the point in having a nice coin stack but a shitty team.

I’m in similar boat to you even tho it’s overpowered to play the cpu with great cards and abilities I still find it fun to team build. I could care less about playing others online and I used to be pretty competitive a few years ago. I would do well in weekend league and win super bowls here and there.

Now I enjoy doing the cpu events, the run and the league and knocking out seasonal objectives and other solos.

Madden is one of about 3 main games I play so I don’t sink a ton of time into it

Same here.  Can’t get past 3 wins in this event.  I’m an average player at best, but would like the Evans card not at $1million+!

I have two line-ups that I will use. They pretty much both have the same players on them, with a few exceptions, but one is maxed out with their highest OVR cards possible for H2H, while the other is basically the same players, just with their lower OVR cards, which I use to play against the CPU. An example being H2H line-up has 95 OVR Team Builders Champion Brain Branch at SS, while my Solo line-up has his 85 OVR Pre-Season Standouts Champion playing SS instead. Just seems to make playing against the CPU a little bit more realistic.

Same exact scenario for me. Enough time to do the solo stuff and then get bored and move on the the next game. I have a 3-4 game rotation also.

I play offline and don't have much time to play. I enjoy building a team, but wish I had more time...

i play both....took a much needed H2H break until these dumb 0 ap frozen abilties are gone lol this shit is barely football with all these damn abilities everywhere

Not sure if this is relevant, but franchise is a good break from h2h. You can practice what works against stronger teams while building your team up. You can test out abilities , you can even see what archtypes are recommended for each position based on your playbook

I mainly play offline. I enjoy the grind and building teams. 

My only question, if anybody knows. Do the teams in offline seasons and such stay at certain overall regardless of the challenge? Like solo seasons easy/med/hard, etc.

They do stay the same. I like to play on All Madden since its on Comp and not Arcade. The teams are just top tier base elites

I enjoy the team building, achieving the objectives, and working the market. Every time I have played online, it has been unpleasant -- cheese plays and trash talking. A game should be enjoyable and not sweaty. I will stick to offline.
