What I meant was, I can see the streams and see drops are accruing but there are no “rewards” listed as available. My rewards page show nothing available despite all the streams ongoing. It shows past drops claimed but no current rewards available.

EA needs to find a new way of delivering content if they can't resolve issues with Twitch.

Update from an agent at EA Help: "Our tool is not working right at this time but it is expected to be fixed by the end of this week so I would request you to allow us little more time so we can help you better with this. While we're working on it we're also making sure that no one lose their Twitch rewards so rest assured, once our tool starts working, you should be get all your rewards that you earned."

This is the best news on this all month, thank you. If I remember correct, when the same issue occurred in Madden 25, impacted players did receive all collected drops in batch.

Cheated with an agent last night - he said they are aware and close to resolution and all affected will receive what they are owed - not to worry. Not sure that gives me faith. The issue clearly is - at least in my case, if I look at my linked accounts on EAs end, it now shows my Twitch account as a series of random letters and numbers - not sure if it always showed that way, or if something changed - if so, it certainly wasn’t by me. Also says that Twitch accounts can only be linked to one EA account and vice-versa and they can never be changed, so I have no clue. Seems to me if I can figure that out(and have also told multiple EA “agents “ this over the past 3 weeks, that they should be able to resolve it from there and issune makerights, but guess I over estimate them…….

just logged in and got 5 twitch drops, still missing about 20 lol......hopefully they start to roll out for everyone

Agreed same here only got 3 but its a start ig 1st time i have got anything since 11/13

I just recieved 3 as well and probably hadn't recieved any since same date as you if that is around the Waller drop. Been claiming them the whole time like most so guess we'll see if they can fix this in time for mcs.

Awesome news at least its something and i got on my acct and so far i have only got 6 twitch packs so that's the 1st time since the 11/13 any drops have hit it just have to wait it now ig.Gunna check and watch GMM here in a few min to see if that one hits

This morning I received Waller and Ingram packs along with a couple others. The actual Twitch Drop packs are still in limbo so I assume these where granted to all players.
