TL;DR: FREE Welcome Pack 86 JSN is a shockingly strong card at no token cost that can guarantee you free yards if used correctly, solely due to his Unstoppable RAC 'EM UP XF that starts on.
Here's what I found. Here's why it works. Here's how you can (easily and freely) use (and abuse) it.
With the release of this year's NFL honors program, JSN got 5 new player items following his OPOY win. Every single one of these, including the welcome pack card (un-upgraded), has unstoppable RAC 'EM UP X-Factor that starts on. (NOTE: This is the baked on X-Factor, any of his ultimate X-Factors do not start on, obviously.) This makes every single one of these cards extremely, extremely strong as a slot wideout. I have been using the free welcome pack 86 overall (boosted to an 88 on 60/60 SEA TT) unupgraded since:
A) All of these cards have their X-Factors baked onto the card and do not need to use a token to unlock and activate it. (And if it interests you, Wagner, Garrett, Stafford, and CMC's respective X-Factor's also start on and are unstoppable, although these seem to be a lot less effective.)
B) The free Mike Vrabel gets 32 team chems and +1 to any two stats of your choice for ALL players, TT or not, so I am using my tokens there instead.
In the 4 games of head to head ranked that I've been using him in the slot, he has:
42 Catches, 497 Receiving Yards, 4 TDS, and 1 Drop.
This card is effectively guaranteed to catch any RAC pass in single coverage (I've only seen him get the ball knocked out against Tariq Woolen running Menace and SR KO) and this basically guarantees you 4-5 yards every single play by throwing him on either a drag, return, or flat route unless he is doubled.
On that last note about doubling him, any of these new JSN cards (including the 86) usually force your opponents to run their defense differently to counter him. My other two recievers next to him (I run an empty set with 3 WR 1 HB 1 TE out of Benkert playbook) are 92 Saubert and 92 Jake Bobo. Both of these cards easily get about 40-80 yards per game and a TD as people adjust to guard JSN and leave one of them wide open. I'm running into rant territory so I'm gonna throw you all one last tip from what I was doing.
Against most flat zones, if you have a trips set (I'm going to explain this how I was using it in Benkert's Dimes PB), you can run a flat on your receiver closest to the tackle (92 Saubert for me), a drag on your middle receiver on that side (86 JSN for me) and a return on your outside receiver on the same side (92 Bobo for me) and against any flat zone, the flat or return will be wide open for about 6-7 yards after the Return receiver makes the first cut.
Anyways, in short, 86 JSN with RAC 'EM UP is effectively unstoppable in the slot and if you're running a budget offense like I am, you should use him.
