Why do some of the cards keep there start on abilities....Jordan Davis is still 0 AP and starts on. Have y'all noticed that some cards are still starting on?

No it doesn't  start on and ap is 1

Oh I haven't actually played a game yet, but I was looking at his abilities and noticed it still says starts on

Nope sadly that's not the case, it still says it starts on but it doesn't
