If you are going to spend, I would advise to wait for SB, last year there was a bundle that gave 100% LTDs. Also, can’t really base this year off last year. Have fun tho. Lots of the out if position christmas players are fun.

If you run the ball a lot, People's TE is fantastic with 0AP Run Protector that starts ON. Not very many great 0AP abilities available. Highly recommend. He's versatile as pass catcher, also.

I couldn't agree more. Pop isn't even very good at the game, for this being his job, he kind of has a more casual gamer approach, but maybe kids are into that. Fine for new players to keep pace with content schedule, but skim the great News articles on this site, rather than suffering through his 10+ minute videos for 30 seconds of useful info. For pure gameplay stuff, I prefer CivilGG as he does a decent job actually teaching the game, rather than relying on gimmick clickbait, or cheese play nonsense.

For content / card reviews, I think Dyl is one of the best guys around trying to teach players how to approach the game, team build and focus on proper ways to review the actual cards... meaning he tells you what few stats are actuallyb relevant or important with most of the focus on abilities, as it should be.

And he's not just saying "but this 3M coin card" he's trying to make content that is widely accessible to us all. He dropped a Top 10 must-have cards that is a decent place to start.

Anyhoo, it's only playoffs, but we just got done having a ~month of what essentially amounted to end-game MUT (in December). Josh Allen's MUTmas LTD was better than every single Golden Ticket i used last year. General rules apply to Madden gameplay, such as --> Speed (and height) kills. Coins are king. However, stats barely matter, especially not as we enter the end-game. Abilities are EVERYTHING. It is difficult for me to over-state that. For example, a 91 OVR with relevant abilities is going to be superior to most 95-96 cards. My advice would be to learn what abilities even work, versus which are broken or a straight up waste of ability points (AP).

Starting with this fantastic Abilities Tier list. For QBs, you DEF want Gunslinger, due to the constant pressure you'll face from opponents, if you can't get the ball out quickly, nothing else matters. Velocity abilities (Set Feet Lead / Pass Lead Elite) aren't as impactful as in past years. Guess that's irrelevant if you haven't played before.

Game is 100% pay to win, but it's possible to field a competitive squad on a budget, if you know what yer doing. Abilities, abilities, abilities.
