These random "nicknames" are typically a result of someone running a quick search. Everything EA knows about the great game of football comes from random web searching, if not directly from Wikipedia. Wish they'd give John Lynch 49ers team chems, he's an active GM. Come on!
oh maaan, i've been getting blasted in the comments section for at least a couple years now, for throwing shade at EA for the sheer level of laziness. There's always some moron who shows up that is all, but but but EA did this on purpose, because From the Vault or "Vintage" or whatever the latest and greatest cuck-shit they're using to try and defend these pathetic, lazy decisions.
Low effort, high volume basically describes all of EA's efforts. This is not a serious video game company.

Definatly agree although not a niners fan. I'm not sure if they do, but coaches with cards should get chems for all teams they coached or at least currently

I agree with you. One of the biggest reasons these days or past decade gaming companies get so unserious so fast is because of the personnel they bring in.
No passion, no desire for the product the make, no proud mentality, just money grabs after money grabs oh and last the goddamn politics. GG was right all along and it’s only gotten worse since then

The only devs with any passion making incredible, unique games are independent studios making single player games. See: Expedition 33 and Baldur's Gate 3 as two recent examples.
