Need a little help upgrading

I have a 50/50 eagles 20/20 ravens 20/20 ZC 20/20 GOM TT

First I really want TO because of the cover 2 meta right now but don’t know who to replace him with

My current WR’s are Carmichael Ochocinco and Deion im leaning Ochocinco but not sure 

Then I run dollar so I only need 1 DT and sub and Campbell came out, Campbell is way faster but suh gets frozen colosis but Campbell gets unstoppable force 

I could get both but then 2 of smith, reggie, and LT gotta go

What would you do?
