Tried 1000 training worth (bought an 85 at 200K)... 
2x Elite Strike

1x Legend 

Some Pregame access and Fantasy packs. Probably just stay away if you don't have a lot of liquid coins

I just did 10 more (about 100k).  I don't know what the other 4 were but 3 were 70+, 2 strike elite (40k minimum) and 1 pregame access that spit out and 82 (50k) so it paid off easily.
