I am as well, have been for the last hour at least. Microsoft hasn’t reported it but I’m getting network errors and it’s not on my side. Guess we’ll see if it gets reported but more importantly resolved soon

Did any of you have the Rams starter jersey and add team chem to it? It seems if you did that, you can't get into MUT. I did it yesterday morning and since then I cannot get into MUT. And since this isn't costing EA money they won't do anything about it for a week probably

I had some trouble this morning but I got in by signing out of my Xbox profile while on the Madden home screen. Then signing back in and quick resume.

Interesting about the Rams jersey and good to know…I did not get theirs (got 2015 Panthers). BUT, in other news, it turns out that it IS my internet provider. My internet is working just fine for most everything, really weird that it won’t connect to Xbox live. I just got GFiber this week so it must be some weird thing, idk. But I just connected my Xbox to my hotspot and everything worked fine. I’m guessing y’all’s issues are unrelated but thought i would post this here in case it helps someone else

Same issue, uninstall, reinstall same issue. Clearing cache didn't work either
On the same internet, same xbox, signed into my gf's account to test and it works. I assume it has to be the jerseys. It's been a week now with no fix.

A message somewhere would be nice. If it is a bug, they clearly caught it and are working on it. They love to communicate about the potential to spend money, but are crickets after money is already spent. MERICA.

I’ve done the same stuff and I still can’t connect. It’s frustrating because I can play any other game mode just fine. Online H2H, Superstar KO, etc. but ultimate team won’t let me through.
