That is why I quit after the first month. The grind sucks. After being away from the game a few years I came back for Madden 25. and jumped into 26 preorder out of curiosity. Come in at the end of the year and flip some cards and get the team you want. I got the best possible m25 team you can have. I got all the best cards and 30 million coins with nothing to buy except rare LTDs.

yeah man I’m getting bored of the game too. I lost my spot in the top 100 because i just stopped playing. been playing a few H2H games last few days with some breakouts which was fun, but they’re gone soon so i sold yesterday and haven’t touched the game again since.
game feeling pretty stale, every good opponent is running the same blitz on D and the same bunch X nasty formation every single down and it’s just repetitive. Major yawn fest

The game is awful this year because the drops are terrible and every card has 32 chems. They have not released any classic/current qbs to give people variety. Still no Tom Brady/Manning/Luck, etc.
Also, when you have too many 32 chem cards, it creates no variety for a TT, and everyone has the same card on every team. This year's MUT promos have been terrible. Worst MF, Breakouts and this upcoming team diamond has a bunch of stiffs. Who in their right mind logs in and wants their qb to be Johnny Unitas. SMH
My dad was too young to even watch him and he is 60.

The game has been fun for me this year, however I will say there is something missing that is hard to put my finger on...
I won a legend Superbowl yesterday after selling off all my BO players (except for the Jags TE because I totally forgot haha!) and running Milroe at QB with free Thornton, Cupp, and Adams at WR and a bunch of other BND's I was gonna have regardless. Now I will say, I have the first set of crystals and a 50/50 raiders theme team still so it's not like it's a total bum squad, but it's definitely nowhere near the best team available. Yet I still won, so it begs the question why I'd be motivated to chase any TD, or any Autumn Classic card. Do I just wait for Zero Chill? Even then with the boosts going away after every promo it's just a coin sink...
Point being, when I can still win with what I'd call an "average squad" I find myself kind of unwilling to spend coins on cards, especially when it's unclear who will provide me with the best theme team for a longer term so I don't have to keep figuring this out each promo (which I'm aware is precisely what they want me to do for revenue).
