I'm going to second Le'Veon Bell. If he fits your theme team he's been incredible value since the card dropped.
Myles Jack with Lurker is a great user. Feels more nimble than Luke did.

I know it's low overall, but the Quez watkins team builder is a beast for no reason. He mosses all the time, but he doesn't get route tech which is a huge L if someone would actually consider using this card.

for some reason, 95 PU billy joe dupree with matchup nightmare is absolutely insane, i can't count the amount of times I threw the ball up to him and he mosses whoevers on him, including other peoples users
