The most feared Strat card does not give any boosts at all anymore. The plus one run block you are seeing are from having most feared players in your lineup, the basic most feared chemistries, nothing to do with the Strat card.

Mostly true, you get 5 players worth of chem for MF, not worhh to much but something if you’re trying to get 30/30 or 25/25 still
