So mf champs are 35k candy and I got allot of them on my team when the market crashed on Friday. was thinking of quick selling all my champs in hope that the candy will convert into alot of coins and then re buying those players when overall increases. is this a good idea for more coins or would i end up breaking even?

If ea gives 5 coins per candy, that's 175k per champ, maybe they will give more, less or training. If u sold them now you get the guaranteed coin. Up to you if u wanna risk it

It's usually coins. but wont be shocked if it ends up being training.
