Are we really complaining that their is an x-factor that turns x-factors off when before this, this is the most offensive madden ever… Everyone can move the ball and stops are hard to come by on defense. This doesn’t change anything. offensively, secure & all day do a good job verse dline x-factors counter is already 1 ap.
No ones scheme should be based on x-factors anyway, they’re supposed to enhance.

Hell no, X-Factors that have no counter is dumb. There should never be cards that can’t be taken out of the zone somehow. Also all you have to do is pause after kickoff and check the lineup for Cushing. If they have him sub out your x-factors for the first play

the whole point of the combine promo and AKA cards (with basically everyone being 99 speed with crystals) is that they got starts on or unstoppable x factors - having literally 1 free x factor that completely counters that is really dumb
it also incentivizes really dumb stuff like starting the first play of the game with your backups all in - i think it should have some sort of activation requirement like a sack or a pick
EA is obviously not going to do anything about it, so I would recommend everyone run it - its 0 ap and you have to sub the 96 Cushing in for the first play (not kickoff)

Freight train honestly should be more like first one free. Make it so it’s a higher chance of a break tackle if they stiff arm or truck. The auto break tackle and not having to do any skill move is the most ridiculous thing.
There are always terrible animations as it is nothing worse then knowing they are running and tackle them in the backfield but it just auto break tackles and bugs out the other defenders because some bs animation happens and they score a long td.
