I’d say an 8 out of 10. Great cards, the event was great for making coins. I was able to get a ton of candy through the pass and event to buy bnd players and sell what I already had. My only complaint would be to make an event that’s on all madden. I hate playing on all pro.
3/10
cards were terrible minus a few
shapeshifters the best part about it
I'd say 6.5 / 10.
Pros:
- I thought the shapeshifter was an interesting addition since you had many options of where to play them which created some interesting dynamics.
- The candy upgrades / bnd's were easy to get so you can fill out your team.
Cons:
- EA's current handling of "borrowed power" is not fun. It immediately puts a clock in your head like "oh I can use Dawkins for 2 weeks at most, so I better keep my eye on his price every day". When Most Feared was the main "borrowed power" mechanic it was better because even the low 80's cards were awesome for a bit but not much of an investment.
- Along the lines of above, too many of these cards will fall off the roster without borrowed power unless they're on their respective tt and even then they won't be great. Derrick Henry / Raw Lewis being stuck at 91 speed next week is part of why I'm switching off of the Ravens for a bit.
10 - bc the pack gods blessed me with LTD Jeanty from the pumpkin pass which I immediately sold for 3.3 million before his price crashed. lol Allowed me to buy and then re sell for profit 10 MF champs. Had that not happened, I’d give it a 3. The issues logging in during drop and having no charger players except gates were a huge L for my theme team.
7 out of 10
Most Feared theme team was decent
H2H mode was ok
Fantasy draft mode was lastyear was better
6.5, Week 1 had all the the good champs so strong start, nothing great after. Nice everyone can have a demon team without having to spend a lot. Downside everyone using same cards
8/10
i play some money spent so it was nice being able to get crosby and moss, been using king (burrow) and beefed up my oline so yea i liked it
sold 9 pulled two LTDS one completely free so that was nice
Very solid ranking...maybe 8/10.
It ended with a thud, but there was LOTS of coin/candy making opportunities and GREAT boosts to players. I personally love having overpowered cards like Moss and Shapeshifters, something to actually differentiate play on the field instead of letting EA BS equalize the paying field.. Having plus 2-5 speed at a position shows and it makes the game fun.
I rate it 9 of 10 only because I pulled 4 LTD's
GrampsVsCPU said:I rate it 6.5 out of 10.
Pros:
Market crash, easy to get my team to 90 with BND and free backups, uniforms, Moss
Cons:
Server failures at launch, Henry and Riggins being underwhelming, candy pack odds for nonBND packs, challenges AI was buns and made me decide against MUT 27 even though I'll play this year till summer.
Riggins is amazing at hb, yeah he runs people over, but he makes contested catches that he has no business making
I have to give it context by comparing to last years Most Feared. 4/10 for me
House Rules competitive event was barely playable, compared to last years draft mode which was great
The champ cards were every uneven, with no other card coming close to what the Moss card was able to do.
The clue game was cool idea but bad reward for playing
Upgradeable options were solid
Overall disappointment mostly because I want to enjoy playing the house rules H2H event.
NickyRozay said:I'd say 6 out of 10. Last year blows this out of the water mostly because of the draft event. I think I ended up making over 3 million coins just off the draft last year. This year's H2H events have just not enticed me. Making every event win X number of games in a row just does not make me want to play. The names on most champion cards were good but statwise felt pretty lackluster. Heroes were not very good as budget options. Overall we lacked some positions in this drop as well. Kind of a bummer since MF is one of the bigger promos of the year. Free cards carried this promo.
Agree with last years draft event. Making them part of the promos was a great idea and apparently very popular because players made bank. As it should be, its such a fair and rewarding mode to get a chance to play without loaded cards. And to experiment with different players and schemes. EA removing that element from the game is a huge L
