MF event got nerfed

This event was literally printing candy last week

Now my defense has the flu,  we cant cover anyone.

Get outrun by WRs 3 speed slower

Lamar fumbles like every other game on conservative carry

.

I notice this whenever I get to 3 wins, its like my team disappears

.

Its somewhat frustrating because the event used to have honest gameplay

That’s just what it feels like in an average ranked game.

I cannot wait until next year, when we dont have to deal with usual EA frauds

Don't expect much to change. Companies are not in business to do right by the consumer. They are there to turn a profit.

Trust me I work customer service for a fitness company and the amount of below average IQ people in this world blows my mind. 8 billion people on this planet. Common sense isn't so common anymore. As long as they have a consumer and cornered a market, on top of the content creators that tell you oh don't buy these packs, yet they go and spend $100+ every content release.

What would be the incentive to change? The people who bought EA are money guys.

Unless their goal is to make the game better for players while making less money.  Expect things to get a lot worse, not better.

Is there even a point of making presnap coverage adjustments in this mode

You can undershade your safeties, switch them to align tight and inside

And they will still be statues and not pursue any ball in front of them

.

Last week Dawkins broke on every ball within 10 feet, made some great INTs

.

Last night, he wouldnt even move an inch, unless I switch stick, he just lets WRs catch balls right in front of his face, doesnt even attempt a KO either

Ranked is by far the best mode. If you like the event or h2h seasons you are a casual. The event and h2h games are literally catered to the average player. It shows previous play, it shows the strong side and weak side of a defense, and the cpu player play like idiots on all pro. Ranked is on all madden , its so much better

I've had the same experience yesterday. My team was running in sand. Would not react to balls in the air. Its how they make money though. If players are always making plays then there is no need to go out and get new cards. If we are given the impression the cards are getting out played then most people will start looking to upgrade and spend money. Its always the bottom line. The CPU determines the winner before the game even start for 90% of players. The other 10% are good enough to overcome the CPU penalties by switch sticking and play calling and hot routes etc. The average player might be able to do some of those things on every play but not all of them consistently.

This event sucks there’s more cheesers playing it than ranked right now. I walked away after a couple of days literally every match was the same garbage off YouTube over and over.

So find some garbage defensive plays on YouTube to run to stop it, instead of coming onto the forums to complain?

Something changed with defense recently. There was a small window for a week or 2 where defensive backs covered receivers  and defense was solid, but that disappeared with the most recent update.  It is absolutely insane how often balls that should be picked or broken up end up as touchdowns. Defense is terrible.

That’s the whole point of the forums to come vent and talk out how ass the game is. Don’t be a douche. It’s easier for you just to not respond to a thread if it’s something you find irrelevant.
