Go into practice mode against those blitzes until you figure it out . I know playing against a user makes it more effective but practicing your slides, untargets, double teams, and identification of the Mike will help

Slide your line away from the HB, block your HB, target the mike on the defender on the HB side and un target the user.

Or throw hot. Accept the blitz is coming and get it out. RPOs with TEs hitting flats, quick routes from WRs and HBs. Go 5 wide works for me.

Againt mid blitz:
Shotgun, stick concept with trips. Put the junior receiver (the middle one) on a post and block your RB. The freshman receiver (closest to oline) will choose his out route and not the short hitch and has good separation. Works always for at least 5 yards and if first tackler has a bad angle, what happens often, he will break the first tackle attempt.

But the No1 Rule even in real life football: Throw the ball to where the blitz is coming from.
