Today its been impossible to stay logged in. Went and did yard work in the rain with my doggo and 5 hrs later still cant get past the first few menus

The issue with the rewards and sudden freezing has been going on for months. Amazing it has not been fixed. But today/yesterday things have been worse than normal. Thankfully the freeze only happens in the menu area and not during a game.

yep same here. tonight I can not do anything it just freezes when I go to binder or open packs or store. It is really annoying

How do these incompetent morons keep their jobs? They dont even try to mask it. They take our money and then just fuck off the rest of the year. The servers are always unreliable, the game has been copy/paste trash for a decade. Cant even pretend to care about their own cash cow. They know a new season was coming out and still cant be fucked to play test it. If it was a brick and mortar business it would have been shut down a long time ago. They literally would struggle to boil water.
