Mcs playoff live event orlando update fail

EA lied, and totally ripped me off, never got the 95ovr TD fantasy pack. And in talking to EA help found they don't care. So I'm done with them, canceling EA play, and never giving them another dime. FYI never go to a live event for free content, only if you want to go for the event itself. Lesson learned. I'm kind of surprised they didn't get me the pack, but more surprised that they don't even care. Oh well just a game:)

I would just let it go and pretend it never happened. Tbh, you only got yourself to blame for this one man, sorry to say.

I didn't think ea was this bad.

It has been a while, just accept you won’t get it and move on. Just never go to an event again.

they are a major corporation, that deals with entertainment to the public, in most cases companies like that at least pretend to care. EA was like, no we can't/won't help you. at least the call center people at EA help, Ravi H., Rahmush V., and Princee J. and since that's who EA chose to represent them, thats EA doing it.

Zombie Apocalypse, fake new. But EA turning people is the real deal. I remember when RomansRoad first posted on this topic, seemed like a happy go lucky fella looking forward to watching the EA live. Now he has turned into MaddenIsTerrible and they seem to be having their nice banter going on. I know the reality, based on comments on the forums throughout the years, "they" are the majority now.

:) yep anti EA now, sad part is my son doesn't understand, but i tell him and his friends its a principal thing, i can't give money to a company that's going to steal, lie, and take advantage of us.

Just look how they treat the fan base now. Did you really expect this to go smooth from the beginning? The community is nothing but cash cuck pigs to them now. They ignore our calls for change and only continue getting away with oblivious greed. Quality is downhill and prices are through the roof. We are nearing/at end game and instead of cheaper packs they took the already exspensive $100 bundle and somehow twisted it into a $500 shamepig paywall because for whatever reason a good chunk of people love being constantly abused by EA and continue dumping cash into trash. Its gotta be the mafia offloading cash into EA banks at this point right?

I agree, and when it gets like this, they are basically saying they believe we need them more than they need us. And for the massis this may be true, but 25 is my camps last year 2007-2025 RIP, at least till my son moves out:)

but I promise you living here in orlando and being a big mut head nerd, i get asked all the time about local events; this isn't the first i've attended, i used to work down the road from EA. and there's a marriott right there they'd do little stuff at for madden releases, and there's giveaways, and the local sports station 96.9 the game is there broadcasting.  anyway going forward i'm telling everyone not to go unless they just like being around people.

Tough lesson to learn, but i applaud your ability to turn this bullshit off and simply walk away.  Hopefully more and more of us will follow your example.  This is an objectively not good game.  Clearly pay to win and the fact EA is seeing just how much they can soak the community for is bordering on outrageous.  Seeing 10 and 13 part Step Up packs which cost upwards of $500 is absolutely insane.  As if they $100 packs for three cards wasn't egregious enough.

Sorry you didn't get your Team Diamond... i thought you had a code or something which could be exchanged.  Maybe i missed some important detail, but what happened with the "lady" who gave you her card?  The code never worked?  Sadly EA no-Help is a huge waste of time, as you figured out.  Even if they had any ability to research our specific accounts (which they don't), most of the time they can't even be bothered to figure out which Electronics Arts game title we're inquiring about... just bullshit canned responses.

Best of luck in your future endeavors -- you are WAY better off moving on from this madness.

I mean, how hard is it not to spend money on this game? Have some self control and just don't buy packs, simple. When the streamers had that sitdown last season i think it was and Dubby argued with Gutfoxx, Dubby said something along the lines of " why does the average guy need the newest 3 million coin card if you're not playing for money?"and he was right even tho he's usually a clown. Unless you're playing for cash, i don't see why anybody needs to spend big bucks on packs. If winning online means that much then there may be a bigger problem in your life.

Did you watch for the allotted time ? Even though they didn't air the game they were live long enough to have gotten the card plus there were community streamers who stayed on way later and the kept drops active .
