Have you tried to remove ALL connections and re-link things up again?  I believe there's three components; Console (Xbox or PSN), EA & Twitch.  Break the three links and start over from scratch and hopefully you'll resume the ability to receive rewards.  Probably worth the ~15 minutes of effort for this monster.  I prefer defensive monsters for the majority of these MCS cards, but Henry is THE man, asking the community to help.  What a legend.  We're not worthy.
