Maybe Cover 4 Match Users can answer? Cover 4/2-man Under vs. Tight Set (Bench play test)

So, I was running Cover 4 Quarters during some H2H games and it works well against Bench. Yeah, it works well until someone is on a hash mark and someone streaks the flat route on the short side of the field. When someone does this the outside CB and Safety both (match) follow the streak and leave the corner route naked. On the wide side, they do not both match to the same player, but they match to the wrong player as the Safety takes the streak and the CB takes the Corner route. In this play the #1 is the streak and the #2 is the Corner route. Shouldnt the CB match the streak as it is the #1 and the Safety match the #2, which is the Corner Route?

For the above glitch the ball has to be exactly on the hash.

Also, when running 2-man under against this, when the ball is snapped my slot CB runs forward like he is blitzing and then mans up his guy. Why?

I would like to use Cover 4 match but I have been burned probably 4 times today for deep bombs TDs. I am not shading my coverage, so that is not the issue.
