Matching field art with Classic Uniforms

So got a question if anyone knows , I’ve googled this and nothing pops up for it. So I have the bucs creamsicle throwbacks, how can I match the field art to the uniforms ? I played someone and they had Bucs creamsicle unis and the field matched the uniforms. So I equipped the Bucs throwbacks and the Bucs stadium and when I played at home it was the normal home field and didn’t match the uniforms.?? Anyone can help??

Is the stadium starter the one you get when you start the game and pick your favorite team,  they give you their stadium, coach,  jerseys and playbooks?

Do you have to have the light uniform the same team ?
