made a post before, i did all the challenges you guys told me to do. the legends, totw, UL, flashbacks and collectors. are there any others that are worth my time? just need role players at this point. the team doesnt look bad right now. I havnt used my tokens yet. Do i have some selection of the player i get from the set or is it random whether it be offense or defense. Id rather build one side of the ball than have pieces scattered everywhere.

Assuming you're speaking of the Weekly Spotlight Tokens, which allow you to pick from any of the standard Champions from a given program as specified in the set name. (These sets exclude Event Champions, which can only be earned via tokens won through Head-to-Head Events; check the database here prior to redeeming a set of tokens to make sure what kind of Champion you're able to get.)
There are also the Solo Seasons Tokens, which are earned through CPU games (either The Season or The Run). 32 of these tokens are required to redeem through a set for one of a random selection of ten current Champions. These have at times included non-LTD Crystal items, Team of the Week Player of the Month items, and other high-value items, although the item earned is BND.
you will get every champion ranging from 94-96 from that promo to choose from. Whenever they drop 97 overall champions, the pack should update to be a choice of any 95-97 I assume.
I would also do the promo challenges (right now Genki Force and NFL Combine) It gives you alright players and an upgrade token (for Combine) but also program specific Field Pass XP.
You get to pick which player you get from Weekly Spotlight tokens. There should be different sets for each promo (i.e. Flashbacks, UL, etc.) which costs 25 tokens for a BND champion, and there is also a set for 65 tokens which will give you a TOTY champion when the promo releases (presumably of your choice). You can see all the players you can get with Weekly Spotlight tokens here.

Not really. As someone said above, the best way to grind offline is solo seasons to get a BND champion, but it will be warned playing the CPU this many times is very mind numbing.(although apparently it’s a lot more difficult now)

Any field pass rewards are now unavailable, the challenges should have given 10 upgrade tokens + 1 from the welcome pack which would make Kam a 91 OVR.

The Run is a lot more fun these days... Way more entertaining the past week than the rest of the season combined.
