I purchased yesterday's daily offer for 350 real money points because it said two quicksell cards 85+ and 87+. I figured it was good value to use my leftover pre-order currency on but the cards were not quicksell at all. Only worth regular amount of training. If they were to do some sort of make-right do I need to report it anywhere or it'll handle itself?
Nothing with EA handles itself
You need to contact EA Help.

Is it me, or does 350 points for Platinums of that OVR guaranteed seem really, really low?

Yea i figured it was too good to be true but that's what it said. I been sitting on 600 points forever waiting for something cheap to let it go on.

I bought it too and was confused. Dont listen to the other people that said it seemed too good to be true. It is EA’s fault for posting the incorrect pack description and some type of make right should happen.
It was New Year’s Day or Eve too, so it wasn’t out of the realm of possibility EA was willing to hook people up with a good deal.

Don't get me wrong. EA is an authorized seller, and they have a legal obligation to fulfill according to what's advertised. There is some question about what exactly was advertised, but they are legally obligated to make right any users affected by a misnamed product. I was just not entirely clear as to whether the product identified itself as "Platinum" or that you could "Quicksell for coins". There are products that specify what they quicksell for.
I saw the pack as well. I saw the coin logo on it which states it QS's for coin but when I looked at the description it didn't mention platinum cards, so I knew they messed up by putting that logo on there. There was a pack around Christmas which had Stockings, that had that logo as well for a day but had no platinum cards. The next day the logo was removed.

That's probably enough to require a make right. Sloppy work from the advertising review team.

They told me there's nnothing they could do and I lost the chat lol.
Well, look at it this way. For only 350 points you found out that EA does not give a $hit about you, their screw ups or their deceptive advertising.
Your post may allow others to learn this lesson for free.
Others, today, will spend 12,000 points on the Zero Chill Bundle where every single card will be competitively obsolete in a week.
Everyone that bought these hoping for a make right are hilarious. The pack description was correct.. EA isnt giving you a million coins for 350 points
There were Merry Mixup packs for points that showed "Daily Coin Offer" for weeks. Don't think you're getting makerights for these.
