Madden26 Gameplay overrated?

First of all SKOL! Bears SUCK! Haha now that's out of the way I was born in the 80s. I played tecmo and all the early maddens/nfl2ks. Took a 15 year or so break and started m23. You are so right about if these games were around when we were kids. Holy shit it would have been so awesome. The kids these days are so spoiled with streaming games and movies and music. ln High school I had to spend my money and buy all the music or movies or games I wanted individually. One thing that was great back then was once you bought something that's it. No micro transactions or seasons or anything. That was nice.

You sound like the Progressive commercials where we’re becoming our parents. “Kids so spoiled these days…” and you’re so right.

animation based stuff can get repetitive, but that aspect of gameplay wasn’t a surprise. Not sure if it’s just cos I was playing CFB for a month, but DBs don’t drop picks as much as they do over there, and I think the movement feels better this year than last year in madden
