Can you get LTD cards out of packs by only spending real money, or can you get them by purchasing packs in the store with coins or training? Trying to get that Woodson 99 LTD he's my favorite player of all-time, Go Blue..

I have seen videos of people pulling LTD's out of coin, training,"free" packs but I haven't for the last few years since TVP's. I have opened 10's of thousands of packs and never pulled a LTD player out of a non point pack.
EDIT: Forgot about Presents and Eggs, these are the exception. I have pulled what turned out to be LTD players from presents and eggs.

Yeah I pulled a LTD from eggs but wasn't sure on packs with coins or training. Thank you for the heads up
