it’s frustrating bro, we all get these games. try run cover 2 against heavy runners as in cover 2, your two flat CBs pursuit the run
in cover 3 and 4 and even in a blitz, they focus on the zone first and aren’t in a ”run fit”. in cover 2, they will crash down for the run

if you are REALLY struggling, you could potentially use one nickle formation where you run cover 2, and put your safeties at CB and put your CBs at safety if you don’t have good back up safety’s (for better tackling purposes)
