Is there a WR or TE in the game that can get Double me, Rac em up and either Angry runs or Yac em up?
I know a bunch of WR/TEs can get 2 of these 3 passive x factors but was wondering if theres anyone in the game who can get all 3?

Far be it from me to question how anyone approaches the game, but is there a reason you are searching for this specific combination of abilities? Double Me + RAC `em Up is somewhat redundant, they can both be used to ensure you beat Man Press attempts (including, or especially against Bottleneck) -- the abilities themselves aren't useful for Agg / RAC catches or anything else, they should only be used if you are having a difficult time against straight up Man to Man coverage. They are unreliable for anything else.
Here's a general ability stack for most skill position players:
And i believe these are the receivers you're probably looking for, some of the best options in the entire game and won't break the bank:

Here's a general ability stack for most skill position players:
- Spin Cycle (or Evasive) -- ideally on anyone 6'4" or taller, or 247+ pounds, so they can get the glitchy/elite spin move
- Human Joystick (basically gives your players Grab N Go boosts all of the time, but without requiring a RAC catch)
- Tank (absolutely essential)
- Route Tech (typically 1AP, optional)
- Double Me -- if you're not playing against much Man coverage, you could definitely swap this out for Angry Runs / YAC `em Up, etc.
- Truzz (essential in late June)
And i believe these are the receivers you're probably looking for, some of the best options in the entire game and won't break the bank:
Appreciate your input. So I know Double me & Rac em up beat press but they also increase your chance of hanging onto the ball for aggressive/rac catches against 1 defender’s KO’s. There are times where a Rac catch is the best options in the moment but my WR only has double me so when the defender tackles him he gets the KO but if he had Rac em up i would have a chance at holding onto the ball. Prob just being greedy wanting all 3 xfactors as passive abilities but was just curious if there was someone who got all 3

That's kind of my point with the above reply -- if you're using Double Me and hoping it's going to improve your chances at holding onto the ball in an Aggressive catch type scenario, or the same with RAC `em Up, i think we're not correctly understanding how the game works (or rather, doesn't work) and plays.
I understand that the Double Me description claims the following, however this is not accurate and it should ONLY be used to defeat Man Press attempts:
When they enter the zone, this ability increases their success rate on aggressive catches against single coverage.
Same with all the various Short / Mid / Deep Elite, they are not reliable and essentially a waste of AP. There's almost certainly better abilities to choose from which will win you more games. But do whatever floats yer boat, my good man. It's June.

Mid, short & deep elite deff don’t counter KOs but in my experience Double me and Rac Em up absolutely gives you a higher chance of overriding the KO and hanging onto the ball. The post over the middle vs cover 4 where my guy catches it & takes 3 steps just for the guy tackling me causes the ball to come out deff happens less with Rac em up

Hey man, whatever works for you -- but the abilities that "don't counter KOs" (you are absolutely correct) are the same pass catching abilities that you say DO somehow improve chances in other areas of the field. There's not ten different layers of +pass catching abilities, they're all basically the same thing, just coded to work in different scenarios (Aggressive versus RAC, etc) or depths on the field.
This doesn't have the X-factors you are searching for, but you can see detailed information on what the other standard / passive abilities are doing, what modifiers and such they offer: https://abilities.clutchtrait.com/
Hope you find your elite receiver!

Thanks bro. I know the catching passive xfactors don’t over ride kos everytime but id rather have it then not. Currently rocking GT Joe Thomas, GT Johnny Wilson, TYS Metcalf & Sig Julio all chemmed out. Just bored and basically out of spots to upgrade

Those are some very high end receivers. I haven't used that Joe Thomas yet, but he's clearly one of the better GTs available. Broke my heart to give up Johnny Wilson, he was absolutely elite in every way, but the lack of Truzz became a liability. I was desperate to use that Snoop card for a very long time and he's every bit as good as i had hoped, but again... the lack of Truzz has become a liability and i'm losing close games if/when he coughs up the ball, so I began trying to adjust accordingly.
At the moment it's big Ted (TE, oop as WR1), DK & JC Latham as my starting three, but i need a solid 4th receiver, just in case. Probably will try to remain patient, waiting for the Colston Loveland towards the end of the month. I wanted to love the papa Ed (McCaffrey) WR, he also gets Vanguard, but cannot equip both Tank & Truzz, sadly.
For a while i was hiding receivers in the Slot, for team chem purposes. Wasn't intending to start a Steel City theme team, but between DK and all my black & yellow DBs, it made sense to keep DK in the starting lineup. I'd love to hear what you utlimately decide on, in terms of upgrade! Slim pickens when you get as high end as you are discussing.

I was looking at Snoop too, that wrecking ball on a wr with yac em up looks fun. I havn’t used truzz on my wrs or te’. Rather use double me/rac em up and yac em up. Maybe tank helps but they rarely ever seem to fumble.

Bro do not listen to Peatrick, he is a bot and a half. Double Me definitely increases your chances of mossing defenders 1v1, I do it all the time with Snoop Dogg and Ceedee Lamb. It isn 100%, but I catch a lot of them that would for sure be KO'd otherwise.
The real way to learn these things is to actually play the game and test the abilities yourself. People like Peatrick rely on other people to tell them everything about the game, but when you have a bad source then it does not work.
