Level 25 season special pack not working ???

Last night I got to level 25 and so I bought the level 25 pack offer in the season special section of the store. I did not receive pack, and there are no new players in my item binder. My games shows that I have 1 unopened pack but when I click on that I have nothing. When I talked to someone from EA help all they told me this was a frequently occurring issue right now and that it would get fixed soon. Has this happened to anyone else?!? please let me know!!

I think it’s pretty crazy that a game with this many micro transactions can have a problem like this happening without telling the community (unless I missed something)

Download the companion app and see if you can open it from there. I have no other ideas

Usually just restarting game has been effective for me in the past. I've never had an experience where even if it's delayed or misrepresented that they haven't made good by me without ever having to actually contact EA

Yeah I restarted the game many times it never worked so I contacted ea and they were unhelpful

After about 72 hours since purchasing the pack just appeared when I logged on. Happy that I got what I paid for but can’t say I’m satisfied. 72 hour delay, no explanation, not even a simple “sorry our bad” shits a joke.

I know it sucks but im glad you got it.  Ea  help stopped responding to my emails earlier december and then Thursday morning they emailed me saying they couldn't help me get my rewards. Then for  6 days straight I wasn't getting any rp in ranked h2h and no objectives were tracking for me and ea help didn't help again. Ea really leaves us to fend for ourselves unless its a glitch that helps us then they'll patch it immediately.

You’re exactly right which is the crazy part. If it were the other way around and I had gotten the pack without having to spend any points they would’ve fixed ts before I could even open the pack. But when it harms the player they really dgaf
