Does anybody know how to get the Primetime and Florida man ones because I see it all the time in the top packs but I can never figure out how to get it

Does this work with power up’s because I got Lenny, Tua, Adam Gotsis and Chris Godwins power up and it didn’t give me it

I was just thinking about this and i dont know if this is one but if it isnt it probably should, there should be a TE university for 3 or more TEs

I just got 99 rice and 98 Terry mclaurin and didn't get any boost
