In terms of abilities, he has access to the best stack in the game if you can activate his x-factor. He can get gunslinger and one of hot route master/set feet lead. He equip the one of hrm/SFL you didn't equip as his x-factor.
I have heard people complain about his release. And he's not very mobile so you can't run with him if that's your style. Still, he's so cheap for an LTD that I would try him out for a couple games and see how he plays for you.
