I have a broncos TT and just got the legendary broncos strat item from level 43 pack. If I sell it will I get banned or should I just keep it for the theme team?

Given the capriciousness of EA's auto-ban process, I will never underwrite any Auction House sales. There are some rules-of-thumb, but I've seen people get hit through no fault of their own.

You should be fine. I pulled an RR LTD last year and sold him for 7 million. Pulling a good card from a pack shouldn't do anything.
