Both Culpepper and Cam are mobile...with the combine boost and program strat...they could easily be faster than Lamar
Lamar gets no prelit X Factors and only (1) 0AP ability and (1) discounted Gunslinger ability

...or wait for Kyler, he will likely be very expensive, possibly 10 milly coins for a 97 OVR QB, but will be better than Lamar and will be 99 speed on a theme team
