Can't see him getting another card so soon... maybe something in the playoffs promo. Hopefully it's before Ravens go to Buffalo or K.C... because either of those matchups will surely be the end of Lamar's season.
Wooooo said:This is a terrible year for passing yard statistics. Lamar will not even crack the top 100 (5,477 - 4,413 yards). Very mediocre!
I would expect a QB in a run heavy scheme with a 1750+ yard rusher in the backfield to not hit that mark
if he gets 45 passing yards and 150 rushing yards vs the Browns, he will be the first QB to ever pass for 4k and run for 1k, I don't think that's mediocre.

He has a great TD/Interception ratio.....I would buy into that argument in support of a good QB.
QB Rushing stats are not a sign of greatness for this particular position (In my opinion). Super Bowl wins, Passing Yards, Touchdowns, great audible plays, etc. are traits of a great QB. More often than not, high rushing yards from a QB indicate weakness in some aspect like receivers getting open, or a QB slow at reading defensive coverage, or an offensive line that does not pass block well enough/give the QB enough time/give the receivers enough time to run their routes, etc.

You just completely ignored the fact I said the Ravens are a run heavy team. We have a top 10 running back OAT and the QB with the most rush yards all-time and you think the Ravens are just going to stop running the ball like they have been the past 7+ years? Lamar's team hasn't had success in the playoff due to a bunch of things, bad play calling, bad officiating, defensive collapse, etc. Lamar has been part of a run heavy team his whole career, he isn't going to have crazy passing numbers. Lamar led the league in PASSING TDs his 2019 MVP season and he is currently tied with someone who hasn't sat out any drives this year due to their bad defense. Lamar just made a great audible play vs. the Texans, he motioned the RB to the other side and no one followed. He then knew they were in zone and checked into there play. The result: a first down. (1:23 in the video)
The receivers get open, watch a few of these plays: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gTFRFUM8bfQ
Oline has been improving throughout the year
The Ravens know Lamar can run but he also has an amazing arm. Why would they shy away from one of his biggest strengths that has helped him carry the very bad offenses we have had in the past few years.
I just asked Tom Petty what his thoughts are........
Tom said "As we celebrate mediocrity all the boys upstairs want to see
How much you'll pay for what you used to get for free"
I guess Tom thinks we need a Lamar LTD?

Kittle is 16th in the league in receiving yards and has 8 TD's.
The only TE with better stats is Bowers, but he has 50 more targets and 4 fewer TDs.
Kittle is arguably the best TE in the NFL at the moment.
It's sorta refreshing to see the Best players constantly having the best cards at their position.

He broke the QB rushing record not all time rushing. So it’s a catergory specific record.

Man after my own heart here -- adore the fact you're coming to take some kids to school on THE best Tight End in the entire NFL, should be a lock for the Hall of Fame... despite the fact that his head coach choked and robbed Georgie and company of no less than three Lombardi's. All of which were within reach.
Kyle BananaHands is too busy compensating for his shoddy O-line, keeping George in to block all the damn time, rather than taking advantage of his best offensive weapon now that CMC is no longer in OPoY shape. What a disaster. Kittle is and remains a living legend. I wasn't convinced he'd be able to keep playing his physical brand of football at such a high level, but goodness gracious I couldn't be happier to admit I was really, really wrong.
