I’ve been playing since 15 but took a year off last year and played FIFA ultimate team, I guess I got spoiled by the daily content and amount of free packs you get. Waiting all week for a promo and then getting this is demoralising.

Patience is key, like waiting during the offseason with only golf (or kids) to watch. Alternating every other year to pick up the game in Nov/Dec seems to help the addiction.

100% agree, I literally have no interest in the AKA promo.
I looked at the solos and didnt bother.
Im not doing 36 solos for two 82ovr cards.
The 87s are probably serviceable for new players joining and limited use for theme teams.
The 90s are too pricey at time of release, they might be better priced in 2-3 weeks.
If I recall 600k is worth roughly $230, maybe slightly more, so a 90 ovr costs roughly that.
I just dont think its worth it.

Pricing is way off there. Its more like 1/3 of that ($72 ish). But yeah, unless youre swimming in coins not worth it and theres just as good if not better for way less.

Nobody said anything about spending irl money on the game. IMO if you do youre dumb but everyone wants/spends money differently.
People claim NMS but they also wont flip cards on the AH to make money. Thats just not understanding how or being lazy.
