what is the mathew berry boost on the card i dont understand it and havent been able to figure it out the past 8 hours can someone help plz

Basically, as a part of the totw program Matthew Berry picks one player to get a temporary ratings boost for the week.

There should be a player getting the boost that will be revealed today
